Captain Chris Pieschl is a USCG-licensed captain with years of hands-on experience on the lake. He was named 2024 Lake Sun Readers Choice Captain of the Year, and if you spend even a few minutes on board, it is easy to see why.
Known for his laid-back personality and deep local knowledge, Captain Chris knows where to go, when to go, and how to make every trip feel easy and fun. Whether you want to relax, celebrate, or explore, he makes sure your day on the water is one to remember.

Sunrise Charters offers all-inclusive boat charter rates with simple, upfront pricing. Every rate includes the boat, Captain Chris, fuel, and everything needed for a stress-free day on the water. Book early spots fill up fast during peak season, especially on weekends.
Friday and Saturday (May through September)
• 6-hour charter: $1,140
• 8-hour charter: $1,290
Sunday through Thursday and Off Season
• 4-hour charter: $725
• 6-hour charter: $1,100
• 8-hour charter: $1,240
